- Booking is confirmed only after payment.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer may lead to cancellation.

- Prices may vary based on season, availability, or fuel charges.
- Final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- No hidden charges — but toll, parking, entry fees may apply separately.
- Payment Terms
- Partial or full advance may be required.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Online payments are handled by third-party gateways.
- Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.
- In case of driver/partner issues, we will try to arrange an alternative.

- Driver & Vehicle Rules
- Guests must follow all safety rules inside the vehicle.
- Smoking, alcohol, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
- If any damage occurs, guest is responsible for charges.

- Travel time may vary due to traffic or weather.
- Drivers may change routes for safety or better travel experience.
- Limitation of Liability
Jaipur Tour & Trip is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Accidents
- Loss or theft of belongings
- Natural disasters
- Behaviour of third-party vendors
